Why introductory rates?
Wraithline is growing its client roster. These are deliberately accessible starting rates with a defined scope, not a promise of unlimited work. An agreed monthly rate is held for your first 3 months; any later change is discussed at least 30 days in advance. No annual commitment. Let us know before your next monthly renewal if you want to stop.
Can you handle all of my socials?
Yes, we can scope a wider service around the accounts you use. The base social packages cover Facebook and/or Instagram. Add suitable cross-posting for $25 per extra account each month, YouTube publishing for $59/month, or artist-profile support from the options above. Daily posting, extra original content, story sequences, DMs and broader community management need a custom quote. We agree on channels, deliverables and response coverage before work begins.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo if you have one, usable photos or footage, dates, links, offers and the facts you want communicated. You must have permission to use supplied assets. Content is prepared in monthly batches with an agreed submission and approval schedule. Late materials or approvals can move posting dates. Photography, filming, on-site coverage and original music production are not included.
Are ads or extra tools included?
Ad spend and paid campaign management are separate from organic social packages. Any required paid scheduling subscriptions, licensed assets or other third-party costs are disclosed for approval before purchase. We don’t promise follower counts, streams, bookings or search rankings.
What happens if I need extra work?
Small out-of-scope changes start at $30/hour, with the estimated time and total approved before work starts. Extra video edits start at $30 for a clip up to 30 seconds from supplied footage, including one revision round. Longer or complex work receives a project quote. Monthly allowances don’t roll over.
What about a band collective?
A shared website can reduce duplicated setup, but each band still needs its own content and attention. Collectives receive a shared-site setup quote plus a defined workload for each band or collective account. Adding a band or another social account changes the scope; a single-band package does not cover an unlimited roster.
Can you upload my music to Spotify and SoundCloud?
Spotify releases are delivered through your music distributor. Wraithline can help prepare assets and coordinate the release within an agreed project scope; your distributor handles delivery. SoundCloud uploads can be included in a release-support quote using your supplied audio, artwork and track information. Scheduling and other features depend on your platform plan. Distribution fees, rights clearance and royalty administration are not included.
Who controls my accounts?
You remain the owner of your domain, website platform, social accounts and music-platform accounts. Wraithline works through the platform’s available delegated access. We agree on the handoff of final design files and any third-party license restrictions in the project scope. You do not need to transfer ownership to get help.
